1. Who we are

This website is operated by Merry Squeeze, based in New Zealand ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. The product

The Reindeer Topper is a novelty toothpaste tube topper. It screws onto most standard round-neck toothpaste tubes; flip-top caps and pump dispensers are not compatible. Toothpaste is not included. It contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3; adult supervision is recommended for young children.

3. Orders and pricing

Prices are set in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Where your local currency is displayed, the converted figure is indicative and the final charge is settled in NZD at checkout, so your bank's rate may differ slightly. We reserve the right to cancel any order for pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock shortages, with a full refund. Bundle pricing applies only to the quantities shown on the product page.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments (and PayPal where offered) using the payment methods shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed when payment is authorised.

5. Delivery and returns

Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Merry Squeeze name, logo, product design, photography and site content belong to Merry Squeeze or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or use them commercially without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, or to place fraudulent orders. We may refuse service to anyone at any time.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for injury or damage arising from where and how you choose to deploy the product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published at the time of your order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes are subject to the courts there, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
