Refund policy

30-day happiness guarantee

You can return an unused Reindeer Topper within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. It must be in original condition and packaging. Start a return through our contact page with your order number; we send you a return address and a reference. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Add-ons (Gift Wrapping, Priority Christmas Delivery) are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of the return being received and inspected. Your bank or card issuer may take additional days to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is our fault.

Faulty items

If your Reindeer Topper arrives broken, cracks, or the screw thread fails within 90 days of delivery under normal use, we replace it free of charge or refund in full, your choice. Send a photo of the fault through our contact page. This does not cover damage from drops, dishwashers, or tubes it was not designed for.

Not returnable

• Items damaged after delivery or through misuse.
• Items returned without contacting us first.
• Items returned after the 30-day window.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they ship. Once tracking is issued, the return policy applies instead.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your country, including the Consumer Guarantees Act in New Zealand and any cooling-off period for distance sales where you live.
